HVAC Service Technician Mountain Air and Heat, LLC 2902 Birds Creek Road, Sevierville, TN 37876 HVAC Technician – Join Our Growing Team! Job Overview We’re looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. If you’re a problem-solver with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Service and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals for accurate troubleshooting. Provide exceptional field service, ensuring customer satisfaction and clear communication. Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Qualifications Experience in HVAC maintenance and repair. Familiarity with air conditioning systems and general property maintenance. Ability to read schematics and technical documentation. Valid driver’s license with a clean record; van driving experience is a bonus. Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. $22.00 and up per hour, depending on experience
Expected Hours:
40+ per week – overtime is required
