• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, cleanings, and tune-ups
• Educate customers on system health, options, and next steps

• Document all actions, parts used, and recommendations accurately
• Present quotes and collect payments when applicable
• Advocate for maintenance agreements and explain their value
• Maintain a clean, well-inventoried truck and uphold our brand with professionalism
• Collaborate with the office and dispatch team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Represent LB Chase as a trusted advisor, not just a tech with tools You’re a

• 2+ Years HVAC Service Experience
