We’re on the lookout for a Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead our skilled team, drive operational excellence, and help us continue building a company that prioritizes people, performance, and long-term success. What You’ll Do Lead the Team

• Manage and mentor a team of high-performing HVAC service technicians and dispatchers. Own the Day-to-Day
• Oversee scheduling, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAVs, and controls. Ensure Quality Service
• Provide technical support, resolve escalated issues, and uphold high service standards on every job. Drive Business Growth
• Foster strong client relationships, monitor KPIs, manage profitability, and streamline operations. Develop Talent
• Train new technicians, champion safety, and continuously seek ways to improve service delivery.

Excellent Co-workers Pay Range:

This is a salaried position of $110,000

• $150,000 yearly, depending on experience

Work Schedule:

40+ hours weekly Monday through Friday with overtime as needed

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience. 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and service workflows. Proven ability to lead teams, communicate with clients, and drive operational efficiency. NATE certification and a state HVAC license are preferred. Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record. Strong computer proficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem-solving mindset. Ability to stay calm under pressure.
