Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic assessments and turn jobs over to a project manager, also able to make repairs when needed on 1.5-5 ton systems. Proficiency in soldering, electrical diagnosis, and refrigeration understanding is essential. Efficiently handle basic paperwork, primarily utilizing mobile devices for seamless documentation. Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accurate and thorough completion of tasks. Possess strong interpersonal skills, delivering personable and friendly customer service experiences. Understanding of Service Titan a huge plus.
Requirements:
Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC units, particularly 1.5-5 ton systems. Proficiency in soldering, electrical diagnostics, and refrigeration principles. Strong organizational abilities and aptitude for managing basic paperwork using mobile technology. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and personable demeanor.
