Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery and tools. cleaning of the shop and our outside yard Requirements Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding assembly processes. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and fabrication techniques. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed throughout the day.
