Experienced in boat Assembly Falcon Marine, LLC 5225 South Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL 32780 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented / experienced boat Assembly person to join our boat manufacturing team. 90-day probationary period and hourly rates can be higher than advertised based on your experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and practical fiberglass manufacturing background. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling boats to create a high-quality product. Duties Assemble and install electronics, motors, pumps, and hardware according to specifications in a timely manner. Accuracy and efficiency are required for this position. Utilize hand tools, measuring tape and power tools effectively to complete tasks. Operate machinery as needed, including forklifts, to transport materials within the manufacturing facility. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Troubleshoot any assembly issues that arise during the production process. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and motors. Previous experience in fiberglass marine manufacturing and assembly of small boats is preferred. Ability to read and interpret written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to lift and move materials as required for assembly tasks. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
