Opportunity! As an Electro Mechanic I , reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure equipment reliability by performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, repairs, and identifying areas for improvement. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Electro Mechanic Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safe work practices and adherence to all safety procedures. Work on electrical systems up to 480 volts, including PLCs, AC/DC motor controls, and other electronic devices. Troubleshoot and repair equipment using electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and building components. Run conduit and cable management systems; work at heights up to 60 feet. Accurately document spare parts usage and maintenance activities. Maintain housekeeping standards and organize workspaces. Be available for emergency call-ins.
Electro Mechanic Qualifications:
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and other electrical/electronic devices. Ability to interpret and troubleshoot using schematics for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, circuit locators, and thermal imaging equipment. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Commitment to ongoing technical training and education.
