You will play a key role in mechanical assembly and assist in developing and selecting diagnostic tests and troubleshooting tools. Your contributions will include maintaining good housekeeping of tools, equipment, and repair areas, as well as developing proposals for equipment purchase, maintenance, and operational instructions. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair damaged equipment. Perform mechanical assembly tasks. Assist in the development and selection of diagnostic tests and troubleshooting tools, devices, and fixtures. Contribute to the development of test procedures. Maintain good housekeeping of tools, equipment, and repair areas. Develop proposals for equipment purchase, maintenance, and operation instructions. Essential Skills Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting. Experience with blueprint reading and complex mechanical drawings. 5+ years of experience with assembly and troubleshooting. Ability to read blueprints and complex mechanical drawings. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2 or more years of mechanical assembly experience. Self-motivated and highly organized. Capability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods. Understanding of various mechanical and electrical test equipment. Ability to read and interpret specifications, wiring diagrams, and part prints. Demonstrates initiative and is self-motivated. Work Environment and Shift This position is located in an indoor manufacturing site that is non-air conditioned. The environment requires standing for long periods and involves using hand tools for assembly and repair tasks. Training will be on first shift 7AM
- 4:30PM then will move to second shift: 4PM
- 12AM Monday
- Saturday.
