JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for an experienced Industrial Mechanic (who owns his own tools – t are tools in the shop but “an experienced mechanic will have his own”).
An Industrial Mechanic specializing in gearboxes is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of gearboxes and related mechanical systems. This role requires strong mechanical skills, knowledge of transmission repair and assembly, and the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues. The mechanic would also be involved in inspecting, disassembling, and reassembling gearboxes, potentially including conversions between different gear ratios.
Must be able to problem solve, and communicate effectively.
