We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our growing team at our Tampa, FL warehouse. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly processes, ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and productivity of our assembly line operations. Position Summary The Assembly Technician will be responsible for the assembly of fiberglass wet wells and related components. This hands-on role involves working in a warehouse setting and requires the ability to read and follow technical instructions and drawings, as well as operate basic tools and equipment. Key Responsibilities Assemble fiberglass wet wells and other components according to specifications and drawings Inspect parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety protocols and procedures Assist in loading, unloading, and handling materials as needed Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or construction preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings or schematics Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($16-$19/hour) Opportunities for advancement and training Full benefits – medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term and long-term disability benefits including 401(k) with Company match.
