We serve manufacturing plants, food processors, and industrial facilities throughout the region. We’re growing and looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined team member to support our field operations. • $15-$18/hour based on experience

• Tools and safety gear provided ________________________________________ Responsibilities
• Assist with field installation and repair of boilers, piping, and combustion systems
• Support pipefitters, welders, and technicians on job sites
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Perform basic mechanical tasks such as grinding, cutting, and cleaning
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Learn and follow all safety procedures
• Travel to job sites across Central Florida (mostly day trips)
• Occasional overnight travel ________________________________________ Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial, mechanical, or construction environment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot or outdoor environments
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
• Safety-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must meet the requirements of a JLA background.
