ASAP Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, emphasis on electrical know how Industrial electrical and mechanical skills Knowledge of assembling, installing and repairing electrical and mechanical components and systems Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and determine the appropriate measures to correct them Time management skills and the ability to work well in a team setting Ability to read and interpret blueprints for renovation and repair purposes

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring proper plant maintenance including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs Troubleshoot by observing mechanical devices in operation, by listening for problems and/or by using precision measuring and testing instruments Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets and assembly schematic drawings Replace or repair faulty electrical components Calibrate and adjust all electrical/electronic equipment Removes defective parts by dismantling devices using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools Answers questions and requests regarding mechanical maintenance Minor programming and maintenance for programmable logic controller-based equipment Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production machines Uses LOTO procedures to demonstrate familiarity with site safety precautions

Additional Requirements:

Basic carpentry hand tools and tool belt Basic PPE•hard hat, high visibility vest, steel toes, gloves and glasses Reliable transportation Background and Drug screening required
