Responsibilities + Performs demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Mechanical, Utilities and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes. + Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment. + May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft lines. + May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities. + Perform other duties as assigned. - High School or Equivalent + 4 years’ experience in an acute healthcare setting is acceptable in lieu of HSD/GED. + Preferred
- Technical Licenses + Required
- FL Driver’s License Experience + 3 Years as a Service-Related Technician is required.
+ 3 Years Hospital Maintenance is preferred. + 1 Year High-rise Mechanical and/or Utilities systems experience is preferred. + Fifth-Grade Stationary Engineer’s License is preferred.
