Lake Wales, FL Shift:
2nd M-F 2:30pm to 11:00 pm Pay rate: $24 an hr My name is Amanda with PDS Tech we are seeking a reliable and skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment running smoothly and support our production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Maintain accurate logs and support equipment installations and improvements. Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with the team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred). 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Familiarity with PLCs, CMMS, and basic computer skills a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Apply Today! Pay Details:
