Pay:

Up to $25 hr (based on experience)

Shift:

M-F / 6 am – 4:30 pm ( OVT and on-call may be required as needed) Must be available and on-site for emergencies that may arise 24-7-365, such as machine breakdowns, power outages, weather, etc.

Consideration Requirements:

Must pass a criminal background check and hair follicle drug screening! High school diploma/GED Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation 2+ years of experience with industrial machine repair, hydraulic/ pneumatic repairs, preventative maintenance, and industrial electrical repairs Some electrical controls experience with troubleshooting and correction. Must be able to communicate professionally with all team members. Exhibit the ability to utilize computer software such as but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SAP.

Duty Requirements:

Performs expert level preventative maintenance. This includes, but is not limited, to observing devices in operation to locate root cause of problem, dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, examining parts to detect imperfections, adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments; and performing tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems. Identifies and sources parts, supplies, and repair items as necessary. Performs evaluations of alternatives to improve the cost and/or reliability Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards. Work with production to optimize preventative maintenance daily schedule. May be required to set up and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. Complies with 5S and housekeeping standards. Leads, drives, and participates in CI (Continuous Improvement) activities, including processes, results, and cost savings using CI tools and methodology. Utilizes predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data. Observe trends and make recommendations on possible preventative maintenance changes. Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development. Follows all safety policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions, and guidelines. Maintains situational awareness and identifies unsafe behaviors and conditions. Installs and maintains electrical and mechanical components of machinery such as engines, motors, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electrical systems, machine controls, and other aspects of production machines and equipment.
