Job Description

Step into the role of an Advanced Manufacturing Coordinator at Alcon, where your efforts enhance our global leadership in eye care technology! Located in Johns Creek, GA, this position involves teaming with Production Technicians and Electro-Mechanics to push boundaries.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

Build, troubleshoot, and optimize equipment systems and components for maximum efficiency. Interpret schematics, engineering blueprints, and adhere to instructions from various communication forms. Operate and evaluate machinery, compiling data reports as required. Ensure equipment functionality through detailed calibration and alignment protocols. Modify, upgrade, and replace equipment components as suggested. Concoct prescribed mixtures and solutions.

Essential Credentials:

A High School diploma or equivalent qualification. Competence in English communication is a must. For internal candidates, the MA Assessment is pre-requisite unless a technical qualification has been earned. Week include 36-48 hours working windows (12-hour shifts in rotation). Roles do not offer travel, sponsorship, or relocation benefits.

Preferred Experience:

An Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or a technical certification is preferred. Previous manufacturing involvement is beneficial.
