Industrial Maintenance Technician:
You will be the expert responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of all production and facility equipment. Your primary goal will be to maximize equipment uptime and ensure a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot & Repair:
Quickly locate and diagnose the root cause of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine PMs on all production and ancillary equipment according to detailed schedules and manufacturer specifications.
Electro-Mechanical Expertise:
Work with a wide range of systems, including AC/DC power (110-480V), motors, controls, and other industrial components.
Read & Interpret:
Effectively use blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and technical manuals to guide your maintenance and repair work.
Collaborate:
Work closely with equipment operators, engineers, and other maintenance personnel to solve problems and improve machine reliability.
Document:
Accurately complete all necessary reporting in a CMMS and use Microsoft Excel/Word as needed.
Safety & Quality:
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols (LOTO) and quality standards (ISO 9001/14001).
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial manufacturing environment . Strong mechanical aptitude is a must. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic). The ability to read and understand technical diagrams and blueprints. A proactive, safety-first mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active role. Preferred Qualifications (A huge plus!): Minimum three years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience. Experience troubleshooting PLCs (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).
