Job Description
Kelly Services, in collaboration with a leading company in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Conyers, GA . This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!
Salary:
$60,000 – $74,000 (depending on experience)
Shift:
1 st shift: Mon-Fri | 6:00am – 2:30pm

Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401k Generous PTO package What You’ll Do Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on production equipment, tools, vehicles, and facility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on equipment, powered industrial trucks, hoists, and vehicles. Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and service manuals. Operate hand tools, including electric and pneumatic tools, safely and effectively. Conduct basic electrical and mechanical repairs (wiring, switches, mechanical components). Perform basic fabrication and assembly using welding, plumbing, and electrical skills. Execute routine preventive maintenance on machines and facility infrastructure. Move, lift, and stage parts and equipment using forklifts and overhead hoists. Maintain accurate electronic records including maintenance logs, checklists, and material tracking. Support a clean and organized workspace by following 5S and housekeeping standards.
