The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the fabrication and assembly processes, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a shop environment while working with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities Assist in the fabrication and assembly of products according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Support the assembly by ensuring that all components are available and organized. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Operate forklifts as needed for transporting materials within the facility. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Experience Previous experience in drill press and/or burning center is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
