Responsibilities:

We are seeking a team player and self-motivated Assembly Technician to join the manufacturing team. A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble small electro-mechanical components using hand tools, precision instruments, and assembly equipment

• Interpret and follow assembly instructions,
• Participate in team meetings to identify, communicate, and document assembly issues or opportunities for improvement in process, parts, or design
• Accurately manage and complete work orders, including real-time tracking via the company’s computer system (ERP/MRP)
• Follow all established assembly, testing, and quality control procedures with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety practices Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly manufacturing
• Proficient in using basic hand tools, and small-scale assembly equipment
• Familiarity with reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings a plus
• Competent in using systems for work order management and basic data entry
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs as required
