POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mechanical Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, heating and cooling systems, and other mechanicalponents within the facility. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of all plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to support daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent, required; Commercial or residential construction experience, required; Valid state driver’s license; Must have good driving record; Must be able tomunicate effectively; Proven experience as a plumber, HVAC or mechanical technician; Familiarity with painting tools, techniques, and sheetrock finishing processes; Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, or other mechanical systems; Ability to read and interpret blues; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Excellentmunication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
