Summary We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Mechanical Production Associate to join our network through Traba App. In this role, you’ll support operations in a high-output production setting. You will be training on equipment maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate and adjust extrusion machines to meet production targets Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues to reduce downtime Monitor product quality during production Assist with machine changeovers and restarts Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Requirements Prior experience working with machinery. Mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of machine maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds consistently and perform physically active work. Comfortable working in a hot and loud environment. Basic math and reading comprehension skills. Proficiency using metric tools is a plus.
