$60,320
- $68,640 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
education: High School Responsibilities - Schedules and oversees all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance
technicians - Ensures that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA
guidelines - Ensuring the facility satisfies all industry regulations
- Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation for spare parts inventory
- Assist in developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance program and Total Productive
Maintenance(TPM) - Coaching, training, and developing maintenance staff
- Allocate workload and supervise maintenance staff
- Coordinating the completion of complex repairs
- Hiring subcontractors for specialized maintenance work
- Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
- Drafting maintenance & Reliability reports The essential functions of this role include:
