Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and assembling mechanical systems,ponents, and machinery used in industrial or manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hands-on experience with machinery, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, machinery, and tools to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot faults in machinery, systems, and equipment.
Assemble, disassemble, and modify mechanicalponents and systems as required for production processes.
Inspect and test mechanical systems andponents for functionality, wear, and damage, rmending replacements or repairs when necessary.
Collaborate with engineers and other maintenance staff to identify and resolve mechanical problems efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and hours worked.
Assist in the design and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of machinery and improve overall efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Ad to engineering drawings, blues, and schematics while performing repairs or assembling new mechanical systems.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on new machinery, tools, and technologies.
Ensure the workplace is kept clean andanized, and all tools and equipment are maintained properly.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical engineering, mechanical maintenance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience (X+ years) working as a mechanic, maintenance technician, or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and tools.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blues, technical drawings, and schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Goodmunication skills and the ability to interact with other team members, engineers, and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CNC machines, pumps, motors, and other heavy industrial machinery.
Welding, fabrication, or electrical troubleshooting experience.
Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.

Working Conditions:

Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks.
The role may require working in noisy, hot, or hazardous environments.
Occasional overtime may be required depending on operational needs.

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $35.00 per hour
