Electromechanical Equipment Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Oversee 6 supervisors and a production team of 60; drive engagement, accountability, and performance.

Scheduling & Planning:

Create efficient production timelines aligned with manufacturing lead times and capacity.

Production Oversight:

Manage and update daily production schedules; ensure on-time order progress and clear communication across teams.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce safety standards, including safe handling of hazardous materials.

Facility Management:

Maintain clean, organized, and efficient production and testing areas.

Cost & Time Efficiency:

Support time studies and process audits to improve scheduling and cost control.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Partner with Materials Management and Purchasing to ensure smooth workflow and inventory alignment.

Data & Systems:

Ensure timely and accurate production data entry in ERP/MRP systems.

Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks, lead root cause analysis, and implement solutions to boost efficiency and output.

Performance Management:

Conduct reviews, provide coaching, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong background in ERP/MRP systems and production planning. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred, but not required. Experience with electro-mechanical equipment or capital machinery preferred. Familiar with in-house sheet metal, welding, fabrication, and machine shop operations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver various materials safely. Willingness to work in environments with temperature variation, noise, and occasional outdoor exposure. Comfortable performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, and extended standing.
