Job Summary:

The plays a critical role in maintaining efficient and safe operations within the manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for supporting daily plant functions by assisting with repairs, equipment maintenance and upkeep, plant cleanliness, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in an outdoor, industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance of plant equipment, including lubrication and general upkeep Load and unload materials, supplies, and tools as needed Monitor plant grounds and remove debris to ensure a safe working environment Support plant operators and mechanics with daily tasks and minor repairs Operate basic equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and other small machinery (if certified) Comply with all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations Work extended shifts, weekends, and Saturdays as needed Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plus Must live within 35 minutes of the facility (if required by company) Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour
