Job Description:

Operations Engineer (Giorgio Fresh Co., Blandon, PA):

Troubleshooting and devising engineering solutions for electricaland mechanical problems to industrial manufacturing equipment withhighly complicated manufacturing components in order to helpmaintain operations with little to no disruption in productiveoutput; Installing, testing, and maintaining production systems forlarge-scale machine tools that perform aluminum container componentfabrication; Documenting equipment in an electronic log system inorder to provide clear and concise records for company-wide use andknowledge; Performing regular functional & performance tests onequipment on a daily/monthly basis and suggesting modifications inorder to increase the productive lifespan of existing inventorywhile lowering production costs when needed; Operating a variety ofmechatronic testing equipment used in locating and determiningsystem malfunctions; Maintaining the upkeep, repairing, andreplacing of motors and manufacturing systems or units as needed toensure the efficiency of industrial processes; Assisting in thecalibration and setup of vision inspection systems, light and leaktesters, and other testing devices that directly affect quality andreliability of products in order to maintain or increasebottom-line production values; Ensuring and managing as needed allplant operational fire alarms & emergency production systems inorder to maintain the safety and integrity factors of each sectionof the Company’s plant operations; Conducting routine inspectionsand reporting and repairing any risks or dangers observed in orderto maintain the safety and integrity factors of each section of theCompany’s plant operations; Conducting routine inspections,upgrading modifications where and when needed, and installingimproved industrial automation equipment where it will benefitbottom-line production values. Must have experience with thefollowing in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks:

Experience reading and understanding pneumatic and electricalschematics; Experience working with conveyor belts; Knowledge ofvacuum systems and schematics; Experience using dial indicators,measurement devices; and Experience with Mechatronics. Requires oneyear of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or related occupation.

Salary:
