The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during the manufacturing process. Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Assist in the operation of forklifts for material handling within the warehouse as required. Skills Proficient mechanical knowledge with experience in a manufacturing or factory setting. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools safely. Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not required; training may be provided. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
