Shift/Schedule:
12HR night shift 6:30pm-6:30am Alternating 36 hour / 48 hour work weeks Week 1: 36 hrs Week 2: 48 hrs Week 3: 36 hrs Week 4: 48 hrs
Compensation:
Starting pay rate $30.00 per hour – $1 differential for evening shift Add EXTRA money to your paycheck by referring friends & family Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases •

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diagnose and repair faulty production and related plant equipment with the minimum amount of supervision using the provided schematics, manuals and drawings. Be able to diagnose and repair electro-mechanical problems, troubleshoot electrical problems and have a strong understanding of preventative maintenance strategies. Identify faulty parts and provide proper nomenclature in the form of a requisition in order that spares or replacements can be ordered. Be knowledgeable of what and where spare parts are in the store rooms and to observe store rooms withdrawal and return procedure. General working knowledge of machine shop equipment. Must be team-oriented with leadership qualities and capable of leading co-workers in assigned tasks. Will be expected to maintain necessary records and established maintenance procedures. Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Responsible for additional specific duties related to each shift as assigned by maintenance supervisor. Other duties as necessary
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Three to five years of experience in a related field. Mechanical/Electrical pretest to employment. High school diploma/equivalent required. Completion of a vocational or trade school curriculum from an authorized school with a concentration in electro-mechanical courses desired or equivalent experience. Must be able to read and use precision type instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Speaking and presentation skills to conduct effective meetings You should be proficient in: Equipment Troubleshooting Electrical Schematics Electrical Troubleshooting Skills Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Electrical / Electronic Systems Mechanical Assembly Skills High School / GED Machines & technologies you’ll use: Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
