JOB SUMMARY

Perform emergency unscheduled, scheduled corrective and preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure at Marley Engineered Products site.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as the primary resource for the maintenance team for process/machine control issues.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, identify the root cause, and return the equipment to safe, efficient operating conditions.
Perform scheduled corrective maintenance.
Perform preventative maintenance on schedule per assigned task instructions on equipment and systems.
Identify improvement opportunities and work with the Maintenance Leader and Manufacturing Engineers to develop and implement a solution.
Maintain industrial electrical systems, including wire 480V 3PH equipment, troubleshoot electric circuits & controls, replace or install electricponents (i.e., sensors, switches)
Responsible for safe work habits, housekeeping of assigned work areas, and quality of work.
Record work performed, parts used, and time required in the Maintenance Management System.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Capable of lifting 50 Lbs. and 20 Lbs. overhead.
Bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, turning, reaching.
Climb ladders operate man lifts and scissor lifts.
Able to wear a safety harness when required to perform elevated work duties.
Working in elevated temperatures >90°F and cold temperatures
