With the new facility in Spartanburg, SC now operational, we’re building a best-in-class maintenance team to support our high-tech, robotics-driven production lines. This is your chance to be part of something from the start—and grow with it. The Industrial Mechanics will be on 3rd Shift (training on 1st shift). Pay range is from $30.50 – $40.00 Per Hour + $1.00 Per Hour Shift Differential (pay based on experience). In addition, a sign-on bonus is paid out over the course of 6 months.

What You’ll Do:

Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and tools.
Intermediate level mechanical troubleshooting skillset with robotics and welding equipment (troubleshoot / repair components, replace faulty components /equipment, etc.).
Electrically troubleshoot a meter.
Intermediate welding knowledge and processes (MIG, Spot, Stud, Etc.).
Intermediate robotic experience (robot movements, navigate/troubleshoot utilizing teach pendant, edit/modify programs via teach pendant).
Intermediate troubleshooting of both welding equipment and systems.
Intermediate knowledge/troubleshooting of lubrication processes (correct type, function, when to use, etc.).
Basic understanding of shims (understand shim logs, nominal shim count and make adjustments.
Use Hand Tools; Hand and Surface Grinders; Torches; Drill Presses; Various Lifts safely.

What You Need To Have:

HS Diploma or GED is required. Must have machine repair experience.
Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics experience.
Intermediate knowledge of relevant robotic controls and processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Applications (word, excel, etc.).
