Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address their concerns in a timely manner
- Fabricate and install new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Collaborate with property management to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction

- Strong technical skills in various areas of maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff
