This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to repair requests, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as required. Assist in maintaining HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facility components. Operate computerized ticket system for tracking work orders. Work independently or on small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Maintain landscaping and lawn care at various facilities by utilizing agency provided mower. Skills Proficiency in painting, dry wall, standard electrical and plumbing techniques. Familiarity with standard maintenance tools. Ability to maintain equipment and facilities in optimal condition. Proficient in English for effective communication within the team. Must have an insurable driving record and capable of maneuvering utility trailers both open and enclosed trailers. Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices. Open to learning new skills in all facets of maintenance Must be able to operate a zero turn lawnmower as well as other lawn care equipment.
