Property Maintenance Iron Storage 306 East Maple Avenue, Geneva, AL 36340
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This is a part time job ( 5-10 hours a week ) with flexible hours. You make your own schedule!
Duties:
Visit our self-storage properties weekly to perform routine tasks, clean-up and repairs Communicate with our head office on any questions, issues or on-site emergencies Basic tasks include: Sweeping units Fixing garage doors Replacing hasps/latches Cutting locks off of delinquent units, using an angle grinder Hauling off junk from abandoned units
Requirements:
Provide your own transportation to-and-from the properties. Ideally a truck or a trailer with room to haul off junk from the property. Comfortable using a mobile app to upload pictures, videos and notes about tasks Able to lift heavy items (for hauling off junk from abandoned units) Experience using power tools like angle grinders, power drill, etc. If you are a dedicated Maintenance Person with a passion for ensuring facilities are well-maintained, we encourage you to apply.
