This role is essential for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, be proficient in various maintenance tasks, and demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems, including office cleaning, restrooms, break room, Vacuum stock room cleaned swept & some deliveries when needed. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues or areas needing attention. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces. Utilize itemized list for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management. Shop for supplies Home Depot when needed Help carton some UPS cartons, and help organize UPS cart Must have your own vehicle for this job Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related concerns promptly. Skills Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and management. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. Experience in residential painting techniques and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
