Job will involve general building, grounds and office maintenance such as minor electrical, plumbing, welding, concrete repair, etc. Job will involve servicing and maintaining 400,000 s.f. warehouse facility and multiple office buildings. Must be able to diagnose and physically perform a wide assortment of mechanical and structural repairs. Must be flexible to move from one assignment to another, as priorities may change rapidly during the shift. Must be able to work both independently and safely as part of a team to accomplish assigned work. Ideal candidate must have mechanical aptitude, an eagerness to learn new skills, and previous related general maintenance or construction experience.
