Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team at We Talk Dog. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our facility to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our clients. Your contributions will directly support our commitment to dog safety and well-being. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and structures.

updates to the interior and exterior of our facility such as: painting; servicing appliances, changing filters in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical fixtures; repairing old and faulty parts; replacing burnt-out light bulbs; maintaining fences. Makes regular inspections of grounds, buildings, lighting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment and performing repairs as necessary with the approval of the Owner / General Manager. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in facilities operations. Requirements This position requires availability for on-call emergencies Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills essential for working on various projects. Basic knowledge of schematics and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with maintenance tools and techniques including welding and fabrication is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
