Maintenance Worker Moderate living investments 909 Candy Mountain Road, Birmingham, AL 35217 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge, electrical skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for both staff and visitors. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repair schedules. Interpret and work from schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Conduct facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system checks. Utilize logic controllers for automated systems maintenance. Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or upgrades. Execute residential painting projects as required to maintain aesthetics. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and visitors. Skills Strong supervising skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
