We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tennis Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our tennis courts and grounds. The i. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining the aesthetic and functional aspects of tennis and pickle ball courts. Duties Perform regular maintenance tasks, including rolling and sweeping courts for daily play and tournaments. Monitor the tennis grounds and courts, fences, nets, water jugs (be able to lift 5 gallon water jugs) Assists with conditioning tennis courts, annual resurfacing , perform some ground maintenance work and operate some machinery and golf cart. Requirements 3-6 months related experience. Proficiency in using power tools when needed. Minimal landscaping experience. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation of equipment. Able to work a flexible schedule, may include weekends must be able to perform general maintenance and janitorial work if needed.
