$18-$20 per hour depending on experience During the training process, this position will work with our maintenance manager until fully trained.
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for ensuring reliability of the equipment and processes. This position assists in the installation, operation, maintenance, and modification of facilities, equipment, and physical needs of the plant operation. We will provide all necessary training.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Plans and executes the maintenance activities assigned to them to ensure a reliable operation Works with the manager to set goals and standards for the Maintenance department Assists in the installation and upkeep of all production and process support equipment Supports the development and execution of a technical strategy that enables the plant to improve its’ reliability and results in critical process and result areas Recommends process changes Designs and/or adapts special production machinery
Job Environment:
Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, and extreme heat/cold.
