Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager Qualifications:

Technical School preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Apartment maintenance experience preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent field Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building trades Own and use basic and tools, as well as utilize basic computer programs to perform tasks Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills
