Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support efficient maintenance operations across our property portfolio. This key team member will be responsible for managing work orders, coordinating repairs, handling communications with property owners, vendors, and tenants, and assisting with on-site tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in both independent and team environments, communicates effectively, and excels at time management and task prioritization. Duties Manage and track maintenance requests and work orders Schedule and coordinate repairs with vendors and tenants Conduct property inspections (move-ins, move-outs, periodic) Create inspection reports and document needed repairs Answer and return phone calls and voicemails Monitor and respond to emails; loop in appropriate team members when needed Handle on-site tasks such as placing/picking up lockboxes and signs Run errands like posting notices or picking up suppliesAssist in managing property operations, including maintenance requests, tenant relations, and lease administration. Maintain accurate records of tenant files and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Utilize property management software such as Propertyware to track maintenance requests and manage tenant communications. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills Proficient with Apple products (MacBooks, iPhones, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Must be okay with pets (some properties may have pets), we also have small dog visitors in our office Benefits Paid time off Profit sharing Join us as we strive to provide exceptional service for our tenants and landlords while fostering a positive work environment for our team!
