The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various maintenance tasks, ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or upgrades. Conduct residential painting projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties. Supervise maintenance staff and provide leadership in executing maintenance tasks efficiently. Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting electrical systems and logic controllers. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or management. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on mechanical knowledge. Proficiency in fabricating, welding, and performing residential painting tasks. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. Familiarity with reading schematics and working with logic controllers is highly desirable.
