JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. is currently hiring a Maintenance Team Member in Madison, AL . This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance with experience in troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot, modify, and optimize equipment programming for improved performance Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Conduct routine inspections and maintain detailed maintenance documentation Follow safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment reliability Work independently or as part of a team to meet operational goals

Requirements:
