The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing residential units for new occupants by ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks. Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with appliances, plumbing, etc. Execute residential painting tasks to ensure units are visually appealing and ready for new tenants. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
