• Performing repair or general maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, and painting task.
• Repairing and treating structures such as showers, floors, sinks, walls, carpets, and roofs.
• Performing minor repairs, troubleshooting, and adjustments to food processing equipment, such as conveyors and ball bearings.
• Must be familiar with troubleshooting/repairing HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment
• Moving and assisting in transportation of equipment
• Must have expertise to conduct the maintenance related inspection of the production line.
• Should be careful in formulating the safety policies and implement them in the production units. Must follow all safety procedures and protocols.
• Should be able to plan the production maintenance services and executing the required technical assignments.
• Be able to terminate/troubleshoot wiring for AC & DC voltage
• Be able to use MIG & Stick Welder
• Be able to use a Plasma Cutter & Acetylene torch

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIROMENT

• Possess physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk, and lift for long periods of time
• May be required to work overtime and/or weekends
• Must be able to go into tight/confined spaces
• Must be able to work in stressful situations in times of need
• Must be able to work in high/cold temperatures

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Must possess excellent coordination skills
• Must have excellent skills of documentation to regularly keep track of the activities
• Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jacks
• Communicate efficiently and fluently in both written and oral form
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
