Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems. Troubleshoot issues related to equipment and facilities, utilizing schematics as needed. Conduct welding tasks as required for repairs or modifications. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards of properties. Oversee facilities maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
