The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities through effective maintenance practices. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all tasks. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers to ensure operational efficiency. Execute facilities maintenance tasks, including inspections and preventive measures. Use an Ohmmeter and other tools to diagnose electrical issues accurately. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment through effective leadership. Skills Light duty on computer, mainly inventory. Strong ability to maintain various systems effectively. Experience in supervising maintenance staff or teams. Knowledge of residential painting techniques and best practices. Familiarity with logic controllers and their troubleshooting methods. Competence in facilities maintenance with a focus on safety standards. Ability to utilize an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and motivate team members.
