! Within 10 miles of North Branford maximum! Your job duties would include basic, cleaning, painting, building & vehicle maintenance, Land Scaping, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work on my property and vehicles. This is not a repetitive boring work. We would probably be learning and doing something different every time you came in. This is a great job for somebody, young, energetic, nimble, and not afraid to work and learn. I can work around any language barriers there may be and would consider anybody willing to work hard and or want to learn building trades I am a Jack of all trades I would prefer an apprentice type who values the learning experience. I would train someone with a lot of energy, mechanically inclined with a good attitude and aptitude for learning. You must be in physically good shape with no injuries. You will have to bend, neil crawl under vehicles and occasionally climb a ladder. So it helps if you’re agile and nimble. I need someone minimum 1-2 days a week on average. We work Mostly half days I’m pretty flexible with hours but Mostly afternoons to early evenings. Saturday from 9 AM till one usually Please note: I am a standup guy. I am more than happy to have you talk with other people that work with me and I can also provide you with my back ground check. For security purposes I do a background check anybody that comes into my circle. If you behave any history with Workmen’s Comp, drug / alcohol issues or a Felony convictions you will be red ged.
