If you are a “jack of all trades”, this job is for you! Civita Care Center Danbury is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant who is very team and customer service oriented. If you want to break out of the traditional mold and experience a refreshing environment, join our team today! This position is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance. Additional duties will include electrical/plumbing work, light construction, appliance installation, drywall patch/paint as well as coordinating scheduled service from outside vendors.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize experience in light electrical / plumbing / carpentry / painting 2 years’ prior maintenance experience in all areas highly preferred Experience working with seniors and various state/local agencies for inspections is a plus!
